Jerri has been a Realtor® in Kamloops for over 10 years, granting her extensive knowledge of the Kamloops market. She has received many acknowledgments over her career but she is most proud of being awarded the prestigious Red Diamond Award in 2017 from Royal LePage as one of the top real estate sales representatives in Canada.
Along with her active real estate career, Jerri works directly with award-winning designers, builders and developers throughout the City of Kamloops and has been an integral part of the design and marketing of many developments. She is very educated on current construction elements, such as building codes, new design trends and is familiar with GeoThermal buildings and Built Green construction. With her background in design, she often knows what small details will help sell a home or can help clients see the amazing potential in an existing home.
Jerri is well-known in the community for being an active member of the Canadian Home Builders Association – Central Interior and volunteering her time with the Y Dream Home. She has also been on the board of Project X Theatre: Theatre Under the Trees for the past 5 years. The Shelter Foundation is a special charity that Jerri regularly donates to. She continues to look for opportunities to support her community whenever possible.
Before entering the world of real estate, Jerri raised her family in Kamloops as well as being a small business owner. Jerri has always loved the Kamloops area and everything it has to offer. She cherishes many memories of enjoying winters skiing at Sun Peaks and summer nights on Shuswap Lake. Kamloops is home and where all her adventures begin and end.
